Our services are provided for a price for a term (such as one month, one year, or five years).
When you purchase our service, you can choose which price and term combination suits you. You make the payment for the chosen period at the commencement of that period.
We will not refund payments you have made unless we have breached our obligations to you, as set out in our terms of service or as governed by law.
If you allege we have breached our obligations to you, write to us with the details at legal@attestates.com and we will investigate and get back to you. If we consider you have a valid basis for dispute we will consider a full or partial refund, and will liaise with you to seek your agreement.
We will not otherwise refund payments to you.
